Description:
Manager - Grinnell College Golf Course - The purpose of this position is to manage the day-to-day operation of the Grinnell College Golf Course. The Golf Course Manager is responsible for regular operation and long range planning of the golf course, managing all daily golf course services, food service areas, the swimming pool and other golf related activities of the golf course. The manager is also responsible for assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and often exceeded. The manager is responsible for planning and implementing budgets, hires, trains, and supervises subordinates. Works closely with the financial arm of the college to operate the Golf Course in a fiscally responsible manner.
