Figure Model
Description: Figure Model (Temporary, Part-time) - The Department of Art seeks people of all ages (18 and older) and body types to model for a figure drawing class. Models must be capable of holding a variety of long and short nude poses. Preference will be shown to models that are available for a variety of times. (Scheduling depends on class needs and college-sanctioned evening/weekend drawing events.) Reliability and professionalism in conduct are essential. Ability to hold a variety of standing and/or sitting poses for a sustained period of time, typically 20 – 30 minutes of continuous modeling time followed by 5 minute breaks for up to a total of 3 hours per session. Must be reliable and organized. The success of the educational environment relies upon the model arriving on time and being ready to pose as scheduled.
